Lecturer E-Learning Training related to the Implementation of Three Methods of UNDIRA Lecture System in Even Semester Lectures 2023 / 2024

Jakarta, March 23, 2024 - Universitas Dian Nusantara (UNDIRA) has implemented three educational methods consisting of face-to-face, e-learning, and virtual. These various teaching models provide good flexibility for students in managing lecture schedules, especially for those who balance work and study commitments.
These three methods require support from several factors. Recognizing this need, UNDIRA has provided an online lecture page (KULON), a digital platform specifically designed to support e-learning and face-to-face lecture methods.
In addition to KULON, UNDIRA also has an exclusive student-centered system called "SISKA" or academic system, which aims to support all aspects of student life in all academic fields, from personal data management, lecture schedules, study results to other administrative needs. SISKA works by gathering all important academic systems in one location. The data will then be easily accessible for every individual registered during the study period as a UNDIRA student.
In an effort to prepare for the even semester lectures of the 2023/2024 academic year, three teaching methods are intended to be implemented smoothly. Therefore, the Directorate of Information and Technology has organized "E-Learning Training for Lecturers at the Beginning of Semester 2023/2024". This event took place on March 07, 2024 at the UNDIRA Hall, Tanjung Duren Campus.

The training was guided by Mr. Imam Mulya, M.Kom, who outlined the obligations of lecturers in carrying out their duties in face-to-face, e-learning and virtual lectures. He also outlined the responsibilities of lecturers in carrying out their duties when teaching. The academic calendar was also explained with the hope that lecturers can harmonize lecture preparation with the predetermined schedule.
In addition to Mr. Imam Mulya, the training was also attended and guided by Mr. Giri Purnama, S.Pd, M.Kom, as Director of Information and Technology who provided direction on KULON and SISKA as the two platforms used during lectures. He explained the intricacies of the upcoming online teaching, from recording attendance to delivering material and assessing the academic schedule that has been determined. At the end of his presentation, he conveyed to all lecturers present to continue to make maximum use of KULON and SISKA in the implementation of future lectures.
