1. Description of LRPM
Institute for Research and Community Service (LRPM) Universitas Dian Nusantara (UNDIRA) is an organization that manages the implementation of research and community service which is made by considering the challenges faced and the strategies that have been prepared. LRPM is also an academic implementing element that carries out some of the main tasks and functions of UNDIRA in the field of Research and Community Service. The research organization at Dian Nusantara University Jakarta is stated in the Decision of the Board of Directors of the Dian Asra Foundation regarding the Organizational Structure and Work Procedure of Dian Nusantara University Jakarta Number: YDA/002/Skep/IV/2019.

2. About UNDIRA Research
The organization of research at Dian Nusantara University (UNDIRA) aims to facilitate lecturers and researchers in developing science and technology. Internal research at UNDIRA is conducted every semester, because UNDIRA's new student admissions are conducted every semester, so that the ratio of the number of lecturers increases every semester. The UNDIRA Research and Community Service Institute (LRPM) plays a role in synergizing the leading topics of higher education at UNDIRA through UNDIRA internal research funding and UNDIRA external research grants. The Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education's External Research Grant funding includes the National Decentralization and Competitive Grant, which is competed/selected based on the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education's Research and Community Service Handbook. Other external research funding grant offers can also be obtained from RISPRO LPDP Ministry of Finance RI, BP3IPTEK with a predetermined selection mechanism.
In implementing research management directives, LRPM UNDIRA compiles documents as outlined in the 2020-2025 Research Strategic Plan (Renstra) as a formal document that contains the vision, mission, achievement strategy and research topics of the institution's flagship including research topics that researchers must refer to in conducting research. The Research Strategic Plan can facilitate the direction of research with leading topics as outlined in the UNDIRA Research Strategic Plan roadmap which is correlated with the Research and Community Service Handbook of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education, as well as leading topics in other external grant funding. It is hoped that the results of the research on UNDIRA's superior topics can be applied in solving problems in society.
3. About UNDIRA Community Service
UNDIRA Community Service (PkM) is held every semester through internal PkM funding, external grants, and independently. The implementation of community service activities refers to the UNDIRA Community Service Guidebook and the Research and Community Service Guidebook set by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education.
In implementing the directives for managing community service, UNDIRA LRPM prepares documents as outlined in the Strategic Plan (Renstra) Community Service 2020 – 2025 as a formal document that contains the vision, mission, achievement strategy and topics of community service institutions. The community service strategic plan is a guide to the direction of community service as outlined in the UNDIRA Community Service Strategic Plan roadmap which is correlated with the Ministry of Research and Technology Research and Community Service Guidebook.
Community service activities are not only carried out by functional institutions such as the UNDIRA LRPM which has been specially formed by universities, but is also carried out by lecturers, both individually and in groups, laboratories, departments in accordance with the relevant form of service activities. It is hoped that the community service carried out can provide field experience for students in applying various theories and knowledge gained in lectures and in accordance with community needs in solving problems in society.
