Jakarta, February 23, 2024 - In an ongoing effort to increase research publications and community service within Dian Nusantara University (UNDIRA), the Community Service Research Institute (LRPM) has initiated cooperation with Dinasti Publisher Group, Yayasan Dharma Indonesia Tercinta (DINASTI). This collaboration aims to focus on national and international journal publications.

At the meeting, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed on Friday, February 23, 2024. The main speakers in this event included Prof. H. Hapzi Ali, MM who serves as the CEO of the Dynasty Publisher; Primadi M.M who acts as a Representative of the Dynasty Team along with his colleagues from Siber Publisher and Greenation Publisher; Dr. Ir Muhammad Hanafi MBA, IPU as Director of LRPM UNDIRA; Ari Apriani S.E., M.M as Head of LRPM-UNDIRA Bureau, and Shinta Zulfiani S.I.Kom as LRPM UNDIRA staff.

This collaboration initiative began with a discussion session that emphasized the importance of publications within higher education institutions, especially due to the existence and potential of student final assignments for the publication of scientific articles. This aspiration requires that these final projects not only accumulate in the library, but also be accessible to the public and cited. It is important for UNDIRA to collaborate with students to increase the number of scientific papers.

Faculty members also need scholarly publications to fulfill the lecturer workload (BKD) requirements that they must fulfill each semester; this process further facilitates the promotion of functional academic positions (JFA). Hopefully, this collaboration will continue to increase the volume of publications at Dian Nusantara University and have a positive impact on research-related proceedings activities.
