Strengthening the Quality of Community Service in Line with Tridharma Principle, LRPM UNDIRA Held a Monitoring and Evaluation Meeting 2024/2025

Jakarta, August 6, 2025 – The Institute for Research and Community Service at Dian Nusantara University (LRPM UNDIRA) successfully held an online monitoring and evaluation (monev) session for internal Research and Community Service (PkM) programs via the Google Meet platform. The PkM monitoring and evaluation is part of the university’s commitment to ensuring the quality and sustainability of the lecturers’ tridharma obligations, particularly in research and community service.
The Google Meet was officially opened by the Head of the LRPM Bureau, Mr. Basuki Toto Rahmanto, S.E., M.M., M.Ak., who stated:
“This monitoring and evaluation is not merely an administrative formality; it is an essential process to ensure that every research and community service initiative truly delivers impact. Monev also serves as a space for lecturers to reflect, measure their achievements, address shortcomings, and enhance the quality of both academic and social outputs,” said Basuki Toto Rahmanto, S.E., M.M., M.Ak.
Also present was the Director of LRPM, Dr. Ir. Muhammad Hanafi, MBA, IPU, who directly engaged experienced internal reviewers consisting of several permanent UNDIRA lecturers.
In line with the assigned duties, the reviewers thoroughly examined various outputs and achievements of the research and community service projects submitted by the proposing lecturers for the 2024/2025 Academic Year.
A total of 40 research titles and 7 community service titles were evaluated during the event. The monitoring and evaluation process aimed to ensure that activities were implemented in accordance with the approved proposals, while also encouraging the production of high-quality outputs—both in terms of academic excellence and tangible contributions to society.
The session was formally closed by LRPM Director Dr. Ir. Muhammad Hanafi, MBA, IPU, who in his closing remarks stated:
“We highly appreciate the dedication of our lecturers in carrying out research and community service. The results of this monev should serve as a catalyst to continuously improve quality, expand networks, and strengthen impact. LRPM will continue to support innovative, collaborative, and impactful research and service initiatives for the benefit of society,” said Dr. Ir. Muhammad Hanafi, MBA, IPU.
Through this activity, UNDIRA reaffirms its commitment to enhancing the quality of lecturers’ research and community service, while fostering an excellent, collaborative, and integrity-driven academic culture.
