Strengthening Faculty Understanding of Learning Systems, UNDIRA’s IT Directorate and Academic Bureau Hold E-Learning Training and Socialization

16 September 2026

Jakarta, September 16, 2026 — As modern life continues to evolve alongside an increasingly integrated technology and information ecosystem, industries across various sectors are being encouraged to adapt and make the most of the opportunities these developments bring. Education is no exception. The rapid adoption of technology in education is helping institutions strengthen not only their human resources but also develop more adaptive learning systems that can be accessed anytime and anywhere.

As an institution equipped with Google Workspace facilities that support an integrated learning and working environment, Universitas Dian Nusantara (UNDIRA) continues to encourage its academic community to embrace flexible learning through its E-Learning system. To further strengthen faculty understanding of effective teaching management and the proper use of E-Learning, UNDIRA’s IT Directorate, in collaboration with the Academic Bureau and Human Resources Bureau, organized an E-Learning Socialization and Training Program for Faculty Members for the Odd Semester of the 2026/2027 Academic Year. The program was held at UNDIRA’s Tanjung Duren Campus, West Jakarta, on Tuesday, September 15, 2026.

Attended by 30 faculty members, the training organized by the IT Directorate was considered highly relevant, particularly as mobility has become an important factor in ensuring the continuity of the learning process. According to UNDIRA’s Director of Human Resources, Dra. Rini Padmirehatta, M.M., the E-Learning training reflects UNDIRA’s commitment to strengthening faculty competencies so that lecturers can adapt more effectively to technological developments while providing students with the best possible learning experience.

In this digital era, lecturers must continue to develop their competencies, particularly in utilizing technology, so that they can keep pace with their students. Even the most complete facilities and advanced technology will not deliver optimal results without adequate competency and mastery. I hope all lecturers will participate in this training wholeheartedly and continue to grow together with UNDIRA,” she said.

Building on Mrs. Rini Padmirehatta’s message, Head of the Human Resources Bureau Subdivision, Athiyyah Nadiya Rianti Mutiara, M.M., explained several of UNDIRA’s teaching regulations and performance management systems for faculty members. Her presentation covered various aspects, ranging from a brief overview of UNDIRA’s development to the management of faculty honorarium indexes and attendance systems.

Imam Mulya, S.Kom., M.M.S.I., Head of the Academic Bureau Division at UNDIRA, then explained several key aspects of the mechanisms and regulations governing online lectures at UNDIRA. He also highlighted the availability of lecture information repositories and academic calendars through Kuliah Online (KULON) and the Academic Information System (SISKA). These resources are expected to help lecturers better understand the guidelines for ensuring that lectures, assignments, academic records, and assessments, including Midterm Exams (UTS), Final Exams (UAS), and Final Projects, are properly managed.

Completing the socialization and training sessions, the Director of UNDIRA’s IT Directorate, Giri Purnama, S.Pd., M.Kom., presented several topics related to E-Learning implementation, including attendance management. He also emphasized that all learning materials delivered through E-Learning must be properly aligned with and accountable to the Course Learning Outcomes (Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah/CPMK) and Graduate Learning Outcomes (Capaian Pembelajaran Lulusan/CPL).

The use of E-Learning as a learning medium goes beyond simply delivering course materials. We must also ensure that students are able to achieve the intended learning outcomes of each course. Alongside the convenience offered by E-Learning, we must continue to uphold an educational environment built on integrity and transparency, so that together we can create a conducive and professional academic ecosystem,” he said.

The E-Learning socialization and training program demonstrates that UNDIRA is not merely investing in technological infrastructure, but is also consistently developing the capacity of its human resources to keep pace with the demands of the times. Moving forward, the knowledge gained from this training is expected to go beyond technical proficiency and foster a shared awareness of the importance of integrity, accountability, and professionalism throughout every stage of the digital learning process. Through these efforts, UNDIRA continues to move forward as a resilient, capable, and excellent institution of higher education.
