Inaugural; NEBUKA Festival 2023 as Follow-Up MoU Consortium of 5 Universities

Dian Nusantara University is one of the campuses that is part of a consortium between five universities, which previously had a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in June 2023. To continue the collaboration of the consortium of five universities consisting of Dian Nusantara University (UNDIRA), Esa Unggul University, Muhammadiyah University Jakarta (UMJ), Pancasila University (UP), and Krisnadwipayana Payana University Jakarta (UNKRIS), organized the Nusantara Festival of Cultural Expression and Action "Nebuka". The event consisted of Sports, Arts, and Musabaqoh Tilawatil Qur'an (MTQ) competitions. In addition to following up on the MoU, this festival has a goal as a forum for potential students and students, especially in DKI Jakarta, to encourage achievement and creativity in the fields of sports, arts, and MTQ.

In the Nusantara Festival of Cultural Expression and Action "NEBUKA", Dian Nusantara University had the opportunity to host a competition in the field of art. The art competition consisted of traditional dance competition, poetry reading competition, monologue competition, and music competition. The competition was held for two days, on Friday, November 17 and Sunday, November 19. The competition took place in the hall of Dian Nusantara University. This competition has a total prize of millions of rupiah for the winners.

The Nusantara Festival of Cultural Expression and Action "NEBUKA" was held by Dian Nusantara University students, opened by Mr. Rengga Sendrian, M.Hum, as the Head of the Dian Nusantara University Student Affairs Bureau on Friday, November 17, 2023. "I want to appreciate what the committee friends have done. This is our first opening festival event. This is a form of our commitment to increase interest and talent, especially in the arts". Rengga said. After the opening, the event continued with traditional dance competitions, poetry competitions, and monologue competitions. The event continued on Sunday, November 19, 2023. On the second day, a music competition was held consisting of pop music genre and dangdut music genre. After all competitions were completed, followed by prize distribution and closed with several performances from Dian Nusantara University students.
