With the increasing demand for Information Technology (IT) systems, driven by industrial development, there is a growing need for maintaining and managing the quality of technology.

4. Communicating the Purpose and Direction of IT:
   Since IT is utilized by various individuals within the company, decisions regarding the allocation of funds to meet IT development and investment needs must be made. Communicating the IT network ensures that all members of the organization understand the network infrastructure and how it operates, reducing errors and enhancing resource utilization.

5. Managing Resources and Socializing the Information Network:
   In addition to educating about IT network utilization, as part of the IT technicians' QA/QC responsibilities, network users must be aware of various regulations governing network usage, especially in today's environment, where many websites engage in phishing to steal personal data.
