Jakarta, August 28, 2026 — The Institute for Research and Community Service (LRPM) of Universitas Dian Nusantara (UNDIRA) conducted a Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) session for the 2026 Community Service Program (PkM) as part of the program implemented by the Directorate of Research and Community Service (DPPM), Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia.

The Monev was part of the evaluation process for the 2026 Community Partnership Empowerment Program (PKM), titled “Strengthening Economic and Food Resilience and Preventing Stunting Through the Conversion of Leaf Waste into Organic Fertilizer in North Meruya.”

Held online via Google Meet on August 28, 2026, the Monev reflected LRPM UNDIRA’s commitment to evaluating the progress, achievements, and sustainability of the Community Service Program carried out by the implementation team receiving PkM funding for the 2026 fiscal year.

The program is led by Lutfi Alhazami, M.M., S.E., from the Management Study Program at Universitas Dian Nusantara, with Ir. Margono Sugeng, M.Sc., from the Mechanical Engineering Study Program, and Wenny Desty Febrian, S.E., M.M., from the Management Study Program, serving as team members. The program also involves Adib Bukhori as the target partner representing Democare, an economically unproductive community group, as well as Siaw Siau Sie and Vina, students from the Management Study Program, as part of student involvement in the implementation of the community service program.

The Monev also involved reviewers from relevant academic backgrounds, including Dr. Sularso Budilaksono, M.Kom., from Universitas Persada Indonesia YAI, and Henri Septanto, S.Kom., M.Kom., a lecturer at Universitas Dian Nusantara (UNDIRA).

Dr. Erfiana Wahyuningsih, S.T., M.T., Head of the LRPM Bureau at UNDIRA, attended the session as the Monev supervisor. She emphasized that the review process reflects LRPM UNDIRA’s commitment to supporting research and community service programs that contribute to the long-term well-being and sustainability of communities.

This commitment is in line with the objectives of the Economic and Food Resilience and Stunting Prevention Program Through the Conversion of Leaf Waste into Organic Fertilizer in North Meruya, which addresses strategic issues related to economic and food resilience while supporting efforts to prevent stunting. By converting leaf waste into organic fertilizer, the program is expected to promote more productive environmental management while creating added value for the community through the utilization of locally available resources.

During the Monev, the implementation team had the opportunity to present the progress of the program, its outputs, and the benefits generated through the activities. Feedback and recommendations from the reviewers will serve as important input for improving the program’s implementation and strengthening the sustainability of future community service initiatives.

Through continuous efforts to improve the quality of research and community service programmes, LRPM of Universitas Dian Nusantara remains committed to encouraging and facilitating lecturers and students in developing innovative, practical, and community-oriented initiatives that address real challenges faced by society. Through programs such as this, the university continues to contribute to the development of communities that are more independent, healthy, productive, and sustainable.
