According to a statement provided by Ms. Putri Ayienda Dinanti, M.Hum., Head of the Bureau of Career Development and Alumni at UNDIRA, the collection and dissemination of Tracer Study data constitute a strategic imperative for the university. Furthermore, she stated that the Tracer Study data serves as a crucial parameter for refining the curricula of respective study programs and enhancing UNDIRA’s career development services.

We ensure that the entire process is conducted systematically so that the resulting data accurately reflects the status of our alumni and the demands of the labor market,” she remarked.

Regarding participation indicators, this year’s Tracer Study recorded a significantly high response rate and demonstrated a positive trend across both the Faculty of Engineering and Informatics (FTI) and the Faculty of Business and Social Sciences (FBIS). Data indicates that 76% of graduates have secured employment, comprising both full-time and part-time positions. In terms of employment timeliness, 92% of these graduates successfully secured a job within less than six months of graduation.

Regarding job relevance, 66% of alumni reported securing employment aligned with their field of study at UNDIRA. Furthermore, the majority of alumni from study programs such as Management, Accounting, English Literature, Communication Science, Informatics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Electrical Engineering have successfully obtained competitive remuneration levels.

From the perspective of character and attitude development, positive results indicate that alumni demonstrate an optimal work ethic and professional conduct within the workplace. This evidences that the core values of "Visionary, Integrity, and Professionalism" embedded within the UNDIRA ecosystem have impacted not only the strengthening of academic achievements but also the cultivation of soft skills required to navigate the dynamics of the professional world.

As a measure of accountability regarding data dissemination results and service quality, BPKA UNDIRA has also implemented an internal quality control mechanism through a multi-layered verification process.

The Dissemination of the 2025 Tracer Study Results successfully demonstrates UNDIRA's commitment and readiness to produce graduates who are competitive in facing the dynamics of the labor market and industry approaching 2030. Through the growth of the academic ecosystem, the strengthening of curriculum relevance, and the provision of comprehensive and supportive career services, UNDIRA continues to produce graduates who are excellent, adaptive, and competitive at both national and international levels.
