UNDIRA Successfully Holds 3rd Graduation and 6th Anniversary, Affirming Commitment to Producing 971 Quality Graduates for the Digital Era
Jakarta, November 1, 2025 – Universitas Dian Nusantara (UNDIRA) has once again held two historic moments concurrently at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE), BSD City, Tangerang.
Today, UNDIRA successfully held its 3rd Graduation Ceremony (Wisuda) and 6th Anniversary (Dies Natalis). Carrying the theme, "Building a Superior Generation: Visionary, with Integrity, and Professional in the Digital Era," this graduation was not just a proud moment. It also signified UNDIRA's commitment as an educational institution dedicated to producing graduates equipped with 'VIP' (Visionary, Integrity, Professional) values to meet the industrial demands of 2030.
Through its 3rd Graduation Ceremony, UNDIRA successfully graduated 971 students from the Faculty of Business and Social Sciences (FBIS) and the Faculty of Engineering and Informatics (FTI).
The Rector of Universitas Dian Nusantara, Prof. Dr. H. Suharyadi, urged all graduates to become solution creators, moral compasses, and intellectual symbols who steadfastly uphold UNDIRA's VIP values—Visionary, Integrity, and Professional—for the advancement of the nation and state.

"The toga worn today symbolizes the results of the graduates' hard work throughout their education. However, he reminded them that the real journey truly begins after graduation. In this current era of digitalization and disruption, an academic degree is not the sole determinant of long-term success. Creativity, innovation, perseverance, and integrity are the true foundations that will secure the path to success in the real world," he added.
Mr. Sagoro Dharmawan, as the Head of the Dian Asra Foundation, conveyed his high appreciation to the graduates for the success they achieved through hard work, diligence, and an unyielding spirit. In his message to the 971 graduates, he reminded them that amidst the various challenges of the current digital era, every individual must be able to turn those challenges into motivation to continue thinking critically, acting adaptively, and being creative. By doing so, the graduates will possess resilience and a strong fighting spirit to face the dynamics of change and realize future success.

The Head of the General Affairs Division of LLDikti Region III Jakarta, Tri Munanto S.E., M.Ak., attending on behalf of the Head of the LLDikti Region III (Higher Education Service Institute), stated that a bachelor's degree is a moral responsibility and a catalyst for driving innovation, and that graduation truly signifies a transfer of responsibility. In relation to the 6th Anniversary, he assessed this as an important moment for reflection and evaluation in providing education that is high-quality and competitive. He also mentioned that since its establishment 6 years ago, UNDIRA has grown rapidly, built a strong academic reputation, and expanded its impactful contributions to society.
"Currently, UNDIRA is in Typology 1, and we are confident that 'Superior' (Unggul) accreditation is only a matter of time. Congratulations on the 6th Anniversary. May UNDIRA always grow as an innovative and competitive institution moving towards the 'Golden Indonesia 2045' vision," he remarked.
Before the inauguration ceremony for the 971 graduates, the event continued with a scientific oration delivered by Dr. H. Sandiaga Salahudin Uno, B.B.A., M.B.A., who presented a speech titled, "Opportunities and Challenges for the Younger Generation in the Business and Industrial World in the Digital Era."

In his oration, he emphasized that while the digital era creates challenges and disruptions, such as through AI and machine learning, it does not eliminate the need for authenticity and creativity. Furthermore, he asserted that technology, despite its vast capabilities, is still far from being able to replace humans.
"The university has now become a laboratory for us to create and innovate. It is not merely a facility; the university is a driver of lifelong learning, where the processes of upskilling, reskilling, and new skilling occur continuously so that graduates can maintain their relevance, especially in today's Digital era," he continued.
Amidst the 3rd Graduation ceremony, two graduates emerged as symbols of hope, motivation, and dedication for future UNDIRA generations: Isati Gulo, a graduate of the Informatics Engineering Program, and Muhammad Ibnu Ramdhani, a graduate of the Management Program.
Isati Gulo was officially named the university's outstanding graduate by Universitas Dian Nusantara, in accordance with Rector's Decree Number 01/023/A-SKep/X/2025 concerning the Determination of the Best Graduates for the 2024/2025 Academic Year. During his studies, he achieved outstanding academic performance with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.85.
His achievements were not limited to academics. Outside of academics, Isati Gulo was also highly active in student organizations, serving as the Head of the Informatics Engineering Student Association (HIMA) for 2022/2023 and as an executive of the University's Student Executive Board (BEM) for 2024/2025. He also participated in the government's MBKM Program and engaged in numerous research and Community Service (PkM) activities. Furthermore, he was involved in collaborative publications with UNDIRA lecturers, secured various academic and non-academic awards, and demonstrated competence in both professional skills and foreign languages.
Alongside the success achieved by Isati Gulo, another outstanding graduate from the Management Program, Muhammad Ibnu Ramdani, has also brought pride to the UNDIRA alma mater through his professional career at Keylex Corporation in Japan.
His achievement in building a career abroad demonstrates his perseverance, not only in honing his skills but also in taking his career to the international arena. His professional accomplishments are expected to serve as a compass for other students, inspiring them to pursue their dreams and achieve their best in the future.
The 3rd Graduation Ceremony and 6th Anniversary have become symbols of pride and great hope for UNDIRA in producing a new generation ready to contribute to the nation's progress amidst the rapid changes in digitalization and technology. With a spirit of innovation, integrity, and professionalism, UNDIRA remains committed to becoming a superior educational institution in the future.
