Representing The Glory of UNDIRA Once Again in Bumi Sukowati: Congratulations to the Representatives

Competition is a means to test your skills, creativity and resilience in the face of challenges. The essence of a competition is not only about winning, but also about learning, growing and strengthening relationships between participants. In addition, with the victory achieved in the competition, the personal reputation of the participants will be raised as well as the agency that the participants bring.
In order to nurture the competitive spirit of young minds, the Paguyuban PHST Bumi Sukowati group held a martial artist tournament open to several agencies and universities, the Bumi Sukowati Championship. The event was open to institutions around Jabodetabek, and was held for three days (starting from June 28 to June 30, 2024). A total of 1045 participants from various categories attended the competition.
On June 30, 2024, Dian Nusantara University students were given the opportunity to make UNDIRA proud again. On this occasion, several names from UNIDRA had the opportunity to take part in the Bumi Sukowati championship which was also attended by four universities, at Tanjung Duren Sports Arena (GOR). The details of the national level championship, in the form of medals given to the champions. Pencak Silat UKM Dian Nusantara University West Jakarta presented the acquisition of 1 Gold, 1 Silver, 2 Bronze champion medals.

As one of the advice given to the participants, the chairman of the Sragen Branch PHST, Suwanto.SE.MM advised that with the holding of the event the younger generation could foster a sense of sportsmanship and harmony. The event is also expected to bring theimage of Sragen Regency, Bumi Sukowati, Bumi Perselatan PSHT is better known by the community so that it can continue to work to produce outstanding martial arts athletes.
Signs of participation from UNDIRA is clear evidence of enthusiasm and perseverance that should be appreciated. Hopefully in the future the MARTIAL ARTS EXTRACULICULAR GROUP of Dian Nusantara University will continue to achieve many achievements and make Dian Nusantara University West Jakarta proud.
