Jakarta, 18 September 2026 — The Quality Assurance Institute of Universitas Dian Nusantara (LPM UNDIRA) held the Management Review Meeting (RTM) for the 2025/2026 Academic Year on September 16th, 2026, at Universitas Dian Nusantara’s Tanjung Duren Campus, West Jakarta. The meeting was organized to support the implementation of the Establishment, Implementation, Evaluation, Control, and Improvement (PPEPP) cycle, while further strengthening good governance and a culture of quality across the UNDIRA academic community. The meeting covered seven key RTM agenda items: 1) Internal Audit Results; 2) Feedback; 3) Process Performance and Product Conformity; 4) Status of Preventive and Corrective Actions; 5) Follow-Up on Previous Management Reviews; 6) Changes to the Quality Management System; and 7) Recommendations for Improvement.

The meeting was attended by the Rector of Universitas Dian Nusantara, Prof. Dr. H. Suharyadi, M.S.; Chairman of the Dian Asra Foundation, Dian Asra Sagoro Dharmawan, S.E.; Vice Rector I, Ir. Margono Sugeng, M.Sc.; Vice Rector II, Dwi Sapto Febriantaka, M.A.; Vice Rector III, Dr. Ir. Muhammad Hasanuddin Thoyieb, M.M.; and Vice Rector IV, Prof. Ir. Asri Nugrahanti, M.S., Ph.D., IPU, ASEAN Eng., along with the leaders of Directorates, Faculties, Study Programs, and Bureau-level units across UNDIRA.

Head of LPM UNDIRA, Dr. Jamalullail, M.M., explained that the Management Review Meeting serves as a strategic instrument to ensure that quality standards and a culture of quality are implemented consistently. This process is aligned with the results of evaluation and control, as well as continuous improvement plans concerning process performance, product conformity, and stakeholder feedback.

“The annual Management Review Meeting is certainly not merely about fulfilling administrative requirements. Rather, it is a shared step toward establishing accountable and responsible practices as we strive for excellence,” said Dr. Jamalullail.

He further explained that the meeting referred to several relevant regulations, including Law No. 20 of 2003 on the National Education System, Law No. 12 of 2012 on Higher Education, Government Regulation No. 4 of 2014, as well as Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology Regulation No. 53, which was subsequently updated through Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology Regulation No. 39 of 2025 and No. 10 of 2026 concerning Higher Education Quality Assurance.

Echoing this perspective, Chairman of the Dian Asra Foundation, Mr. Sagoro Dharmawan, S.E., emphasized that following up on quality audits through the Management Review Meeting is an important step toward strengthening both teaching capacity and UNDIRA’s operational management system. He also highlighted the need to further cultivate a strong quality culture amid the rapid adoption of AI in the education ecosystem. This includes implementing Project-Based Learning (PBL), Case-Based Learning (CBL), and oral examinations to support the achievement of student competencies based on the principles of Outcome-Based Education (OBE).

As the culmination of the RTM process, the university’s highest-level leadership, together with the foundation, established a number of strategic decisions concerning recommendations for improvement based on the findings of the Internal Quality Audit (AMI) that had been presented earlier. These decisions included follow-up action plans for each organizational unit, covering Directorates, Faculties, Study Programs, and Bureaus, while taking into account the priority and urgency of each finding.

Beyond establishing corrective measures, the meeting also agreed on completion timelines for each follow-up recommendation to ensure that the improvement process remains measurable and accountable. With clear policy directions and defined implementation deadlines in place, the 2025/2026 Academic Year Management Review Meeting is expected to serve as a concrete foundation for Universitas Dian Nusantara to continuously strengthen its culture of quality, in line with its shared commitment to building a future of excellence.
