Jakarta, December 29, 2025 – The Karate Student Activity Unit (UKM) of Universitas Dian Nusantara (UNDIRA) has once again achieved a prestigious milestone at the 2025 KEMENPORA RI National Open Karate Championship. The event, titled "Perang Bintang Insan Prestasi Indonesia," was held with the support of FORKI (Indonesian Karate-Do Federation) and Funakoshi DKI Jakarta.

The championship, held at GOR Ciracas, East Jakarta, on Saturday, December 27, 2025, saw participation from 1,167 athletes representing 21 universities. UNDIRA sent three of its finest athletes to compete in this event:

1. Tegar Adriansyah Satriadji (Communication Studies) – 3rd Place

2. Deby Valencia (Management) – 2nd Place

3. Marhel Rahman Nurhadi (Communication Studies) – 3rd Place

In this competition, our fellow UNDIRA representatives successfully brought home a total of three medals: one silver and two bronze.

This victory is a testament to the commitment of UNDIRA students, who excel not only in academics but also in channeling their passion for martial arts. This achievement serves as a spark of motivation for the entire campus community to keep moving forward and pursuing self-improvement, especially as we head into 2026.

The UNDIRA Karate Student Activity Unit (UKM) is an extracurricular platform that allows students to develop their interests, talents, and skills in martial arts. The Karate unit is one of the specialized branches under the University's Sports Activity Division.
