Jakarta, November 21, 2025 — The Research and Community Service Institute (LRPM) of Universitas Dian Nusantara (UNDIRA) successfully conducted the Internal Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) for the Beginner Community Service Program (Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat/PkM) Batch III Academic Year 2025.

The Monev activity was held on Thursday, November 20, 2025, from 2:00 PM WIB until finished. It was conducted online via the Google Meet platform and was attended by reviewers, the proposing team leaders, their implementing teams, partners, and students involved in the PkM Grant program.

The event featured two experienced reviewers with competence and a proven track record in assessing and mentoring community service programs: Dr. Agus Munandar, SE., M.Sc., and Dr. Ir. Winnie Septiani, M.T., M.Si, IPM. They provided an in-depth evaluation regarding the progress of the community service activities carried out by the funding recipients. Also present was Mr. Basuki Toto Rahmanto, SE., MM., M.Ak, Head of the LRPM Bureau, who provided direction and support for the smooth running of the Monev activity.

On this occasion, two proposing team leaders who received funding presented the achievements and developments of their activities, namely:

1. Mr. Henri Septanto (Informatics Engineering Study Program) with the activity title: "Improving Teacher Competency through Multimedia-Based Pancasila Subject Educational Game Creation Training at SD Vianney."

2. Mr. Wawan Kurniawan (Informatics Engineering Study Program) with the activity title: "Optimizing the Digital-Based Qurban Animal Boarding Management System in the Gunung Sindur Area, Bogor as an Innovative Solution for Effective Management and Monitoring."

This Monev activity is an important means for LRPM to ensure that the program implementation runs according to plan, is on target, and provides a real impact on the community and partners. The reviewers provided constructive input related to the effectiveness, program sustainability, and quality of the expected outputs, which is aimed at further improving the quality of community service within Universitas Dian Nusantara.

LRPM extends its appreciation to all proposing teams, partners, and students who attended and actively contributed to today’s Monitoring and Evaluation activity. With this Monev activity, it is hoped that all community service programs can be completed optimally and generate sustainable benefits for the target communities.
