UNDIRA and PrismaLink: Realizing Easy Payment and Financial Services for Students

Jakarta, November 12, 2024 – The rapid development of technology continues to impact various sectors, including education. Educators in higher education are now required to integrate technology into their teaching methods. However, not all educational institutions can keep up with these developments, especially in areas like payment systems, which are often still handled manually.

In this regard, the Financial Director of Dian Nusantara University, Mr. Edy Suryadi, SE., M.Ak., explained that Dian Nusantara University has partnered with PT PrismaLink, a payment gateway service provider that offers digital payment and transaction management solutions to support digital transformation in educational institutions.

"Digitizing payments in the education sector is one of our key focuses. In addition to minimizing risks, the implementation of digital payments also increases the efficiency of student payment processes," said Mr. Laksono, CEO of PrismaLink. Digital payment implementation is expected to reduce late payments and optimize real-time data synchronization speed. This can assist students in managing other academic activities and quickly track any outstanding payments.

Through this partnership, PrismaLink provides various online payment services for UNDIRA, such as virtual accounts, QRIS, and credit cards. With these solutions, students are expected to make payments more easily and conveniently.

It is worth noting that the online payment mechanism can be conducted using the student’s NIM (Student Identification Number), which is integrated with UNDIRA's SISKA system. Once a payment is made, the transaction data is automatically saved in the system.

"With PrismaLink as our partner, we hope that students will find payment access even more convenient. Should there be any operational or technical issues in the future, they can be addressed and resolved promptly," added Mr. Edy Suryadi.

In addition to the ongoing partnership, PrismaLink has also collaborated with UNDIRA to implement an internship program for its students, aiming to enhance their skills and work experience.

"As part of our commitment to supporting the government’s digital payment campaign, PrismaLink remains dedicated to facilitating payment digitization across various industries, including education, healthcare, food and beverage, and travel," concluded Mr. Laksono. It is hoped that this partnership will simplify payment methods, eliminating technical issues, and enabling all parties to optimize their performance and services.
