Jakarta, November 11, 2024 – Universitas Dian Nusantara (UNDIRA) has once again claimed victory in Karate and Pencak Silat competitions during the 2024 Student Invitational Measured Sports Tournament. This prestigious event, organized by Indonesia’s Student Sports Development Body (BAPOMI), saw universities from across the country compete from November 5 to 8.

UNDIRA successfully advanced two of its top student athletes to the finals, held at two different venues: the Karate event at Gor Pulogadung, East Jakarta, and the Pencak Silat event at the State University of Jakarta (UNJ). Competing among the best, UNDIRA brought home two medals in total. Deby Valencia, a Management student, won third place in the Women's Kumite category, earning a bronze medal, while Ridho Ramdhan, also from Management, secured second place in Pencak Silat, taking a silver medal.

These achievements significantly bolster the reputation of UNDIRA’s Karate and Pencak Silat clubs. The victories inspire UNDIRA athletes to keep striving, showcasing their talents while bringing pride to their institution.
