Enhancing Internal Quality Standards: UNDIRA Hosts Auditor Dissemination Event

Jakarta – The Internal Quality Assurance Center (PPMI) of Universitas Dian Nusantara conducted the Dissemination of Internal Quality Auditors on Monday, September 2, 2024, at the Green Ville Campus of Universitas Dian Nusantara, Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat.
The event was held as part of an effort to improve work quality and to prepare for the Audit Week of the 2023/2024 academic year, which will be conducted in the coming weeks.
The dissemination event was attended by Mr. Ir. Margono Sugeng, M.Sc., as Vice Rector I for Academic Affairs; Mr. Magito, SE., MM., as Head of PPMI; eight Auditor Coordinators; and nine Prospective Auditors, who are faculty members from eight study programs within Universitas Dian Nusantara.
As a result of this activity, PPMI appointed 17 auditors who will be responsible for auditing various units during the Internal Quality Audit (AMI) Week. The AMI Week will soon take place to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the quality assurance system across all working units at Universitas Dian Nusantara.
This dissemination aimed to provide comprehensive understanding to prospective auditors regarding their duties and responsibilities in carrying out Internal Quality Audits. Additionally, this event served as a platform to enhance the capacity and competence of auditors in supporting the achievement of UNDIRA's Vision and Mission.
From an opening remark delivered by Mr. Ir. Margono Sugeng, M.Sc., emphasizing the crucial role of internal quality auditors in maintaining and improving the quality of education at Universitas Dian Nusantara. He also expressed his appreciation to everyone involved in organizing this event.
Mr. Magito, SE., MM., added that this dissemination is a critical initial step towards realizing good and transparent governance at the University. It is also the first step in risk mitigation efforts in the university's governance, carried out by UNDIRA. With competent auditors, a strong quality culture is expected to be fostered throughout the campus environment.
