Efforts to Improve SPMI Competence and Quality, UNDIRA sends 8 participants to attend AMI Auditor Candidate Training

Jakarta - In an effort to improve the competence and quality of the internal quality assurance system, Universitas Dian Nusantara has sent eight participants to attend the Internal Quality Audit (AMI) auditor candidate training. The training was held on 2 and 3 July 2024 at POKADA Auditorium, Atlanta Building lt. 5 Politeknik Karya Husada, Depok.
The decision to send participants to this training was driven by the need for Dian Nusantara University to strengthen its internal auditor team. This increase in competence is expected to help the university to achieve and exceed standards through the implementation of Internal Quality Audit within Dian Nusantara University.
Head of the Internal Quality Assurance Centre (PPMI) of Dian Nusantara University, Magito, SE, MM. explained why UNDIRA sent its participants to the training. ‘We see the important role of internal auditors in maintaining and improving the quality standards of Dian Nusantara University. So we sent eight participants to take part in the training with the hope that they could make a positive contribution to the development of Dian Nusantara University.’ he explained.
Participants from UNDIRA were taken from Permanent Lecturers from various study programmes as follows Fathihani, SE, MM. (Management Study Programme), Ibnu Haris Nasution, SE, MM. (Management Study Programme), Sigit Mareta, SE, M.Ak. (Accounting Study Programme), Anna, Nurjanah, S.I.Kom, M.A. (Communication Science Study Programme), Henri Septanto, S.Kom., M.Kom. (Informatics Engineering Study Programme), Komarudin, ST., MT. (Mechanical Engineering), Ervina Yuliyanti, ST, MT (Civil Engineering) and Erfiana Wahyuningsih, ST, MT. (Electrical Engineering).
The training covered a variety of important materials, including an understanding of higher education quality standards, auditor code of ethics, audit techniques and methods, and practices in conducting internal quality audits. Appreciation was also given to one of the participants from UNDIRA, Fathihani, SE, MM, who was honoured as the best participant in the training.
“Praise to Allah, we appreciate Mrs Fatihani for the award she received during the training, hopefully her knowledge and experience can be useful in the future, especially for Dian Nusantara University,” said sr. Magito after hearing the information.
UNDIRA is committed to continuing to support competency development programmes that can improve the quality of education and academic services. The training of prospective AMI auditors is a tangible form of this effort, and is expected to have a significant positive impact on the internal quality assurance system at Dian Nusantara University.
