Rector's Briefing in the Coordination Meeting of Lecturers for Even Semester 2023 / 2024

Jakarta, March 9, 2024 - In an effort to equip students with knowledge so that they can develop in the industry, Dian Nusantara University (UNDIRA) held a 2023/2024 Even Semester Lecturer Coordination Meeting on March 5, 2024 at the UNDIRA Auditorium, Tanjung Duren Campus, which was attended by all UNDIRA permanent lecturers. Through this event, direction was given by Prof. Suharyadi who served as the rector of UNDIRA.

On this occasion, Prof. Suharyadi expressed his gratitude to all lecturers for their dedicated efforts that have led UNDIRA to successfully graduate the first batch of graduates last December. He fosters hope and encourages lecturers to continue to provide excellence in pedagogy, so that graduates can basically contribute to society so as to increase the reputation of the university. In addition, he strongly emphasized on the effective utilization of available resources to deliver lectures or reporting based on individual needs.

Furthermore, Mr. Sagoro Dharmawan who acts as the Chairman of Dian Asta Foundation provided a critical orientation for all lecturers and teaching staff at UNDIRA. He enthusiastically proposed that academics often use the Google Workspace tool, because this tool greatly simplifies the execution of work. In addition, Mr. Sagoro Dharmawan emphasized that producing scientific work should still be prioritized over administrative matters such as physical attendance records, considering that creation has a much greater value.

After receiving direction from the Chancellor and Chairman of the Foundation, the event continued with a special direction and discussion session led by representatives from each faculty - each Dean and Head of Study Program. Through this coordination meeting, it is UNDIRA's effort to improve teaching effectiveness, enhance student learning experience, and ensure optimal education quality.
