Jakarta, September 29, 2026 –  Seven years is not a short time, but it is also not the finish line. For Dian Nusantara University (UNDIRA), seven years represent an important chapter in a long story that continues to be written with determination, hard work, and sincerity. From its very first steps, UNDIRA’s journey has been grounded in the belief that meaningful, high-quality education is not merely a slogan, but a trust passed down from generation to generation.

As we celebrate its 7th anniversary on 28th of September 2026, UNDIRA has achieved numerous milestones and forged many partnerships that have strengthened its role in the world of education. Looking back, every filled classroom, every student who has grown alongside UNDIRA, and every graduate who proudly carries the name of their alma mater is proof that unity can achieve great things. With that spirit, UNDIRA moves forward to continue growing, innovating, and making a tangible contribution to society.

Since its founding in 1983 in Medan, North Sumatra, and its relocation to Jakarta pursuant to Ministerial Decree No. 115/KPT/I/2019 of the Minister of Research, Technology, and Higher Education dated February 18, 2019, UNDIRA has remained true to its mission: to become a trusted and globally-minded university by upholding three core values—Visionary, Integrity, and Professionalism—grounded in science and technology.

Today, through its three campuses in Tanjung Duren, Greenville, and Kranggan, and with the full support of the Dian Asra Foundation, UNDIRA remains committed to providing affordable yet high-quality education to the community.

That commitment has now borne fruit. In seven years, UNDIRA has successfully achieved “Very Good” accreditation—a recognition of its consistent commitment to quality across all areas, from the curriculum and faculty to campus governance. This achievement proves that UNDIRA is not only growing but doing so with proven quality.

This pride is further enhanced by the achievement of three academic programs that are now accredited as “Excellent”—the highest rating in the national higher education accreditation system. For UNDIRA, “Excellent” accreditation is a trust that must be upheld: a promise to students, parents, and the professional world that an education at UNDIRA is one to be reckoned with. Although it now has three programs accredited at the “Excellent” level, UNDIRA also offers five other programs that are equally competitive in terms of academic rigor and commitment to providing impactful education.

Now in its seventh year, UNDIRA is taking another step forward. The university will launch graduate programs for those who wish to continue learning, deepen their expertise, and advance in their careers or contribute to society. Concurrently, UNDIRA is introducing two new undergraduate (Bachelor’s) programs: Industrial Engineering and Information Systems. Both are designed to meet the demands of the times, as industry calls for efficiency and innovation, and digital transformation requires talent capable of interpreting data and building solutions. This is a tangible manifestation of UNDIRA’s commitment to guiding the younger generation from the start of their college journey to the pinnacle of academic achievement, and preparing them to become future leaders.

These past seven years have been a foundation, not an end goal. Moving forward, UNDIRA hopes to continue growing as a home for the dreams of the nation’s youth—a place where knowledge is honed, character is forged, and the future is shaped.
