Strengthening Academic Collaboration, UNDIRA Serves as Co-Host of SIMANIS 2026 and Presents Nine Research Papers

Jakarta, July 14, 2026 – Research serves as the foundation for the continuous advancement and practical application of knowledge. This principle has long been at the heart of every academic's commitment to fostering innovation and scholarly excellence. However, meaningful research also requires collaboration, diverse perspectives, and strong partnerships to cultivate a sustainable and impactful research ecosystem.

In line with this commitment to promoting research and reinforcing the spirit of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, Universitas Dian Nusantara (UNDIRA) participated in the Seminar on Management and Business (SIMANIS) 2026, hosted by Universitas Pembangunan Jaya on July 11, 2026.

In addition to serving as a co-host, UNDIRA sent nine lecturers from the Faculty of Business and Social Sciences (FBIS) to present their research findings. During this year's SIMANIS, the lecturers shared ideas and discussed research on a range of timely and impactful topics, including Strategic Management, Human Resources Management, Communication in Business, Digital Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Finance & Investment, and Real Estate Management from a management perspective.

The following Faculty of Business and Social Sciences lecturers from Universitas Dian Nusantara participated in SIMANIS 2026:

  1. Maria Imelda Novita Susiang (Management Study Program) – "From Survival Strategies to Business Resilience: Strengthening Urban MSMEs through a Disaster Recovery Business Planning Approach."

  2. Anna Nurjanah (Communication Science Study Program) – "The Importance of Stakeholder Mapping in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Coastal Areas: A Literature Review."

  3. Hani Putri Monalika, S.Akun., M.Ak. (Accounting Study Program) – "The Effect of Tax, Company Size, and GCG on Transfer Prices."

  4. Suswinda Ningsih (Communication Science Study Program) – "Broadcasting Business Transformation in the Digital Era."

  5. Lestari (Accounting Study Program) – "Sustainability Report Disclosure in the Industrial Sector: The Role of Return on Assets, Current Ratio, and Company Size."

  6. Agtovia Frimayasa (Management Study Program) – "Live Streaming Interactivity, Social Media Marketing, and Influencer Credibility in Driving Skincare Product Purchase Decisions: The Mediating Role of Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) among Generation Z Consumers in Greater Jakarta."

  7. Muhammad Hanafi (Management Study Program) – "Implementation of a KPI-Based Balanced Scorecard Strategic Performance Dashboard in a Nickel Mining Company."

  8. Sigit Mareta (Accounting Study Program) – "The Influence of Audit Opinion, Public Accounting Firm Reputation, Financial Distress, and Management Turnover on Auditor Switching: A Study of Food and Beverage Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange."

  9. Ari Apriani (Management Study Program) – "Energy Transformation: Public Interest in Adopting Electric Vehicles to Reduce Carbon Emissions."

The participation of these nine lecturers reflects Universitas Dian Nusantara's strong commitment to fostering a robust research culture, enhancing the quality of scientific publications, and supporting the achievement of the Higher Education Key Performance Indicators (IKU) through academic collaboration at the national level.

Furthermore, UNDIRA's involvement is expected to create broader opportunities for strategic academic partnerships and institutional collaboration, strengthening the national research ecosystem while contributing to the advancement of knowledge that can provide sustainable solutions to the challenges facing the nation in today's dynamic era.

Through initiatives such as SIMANIS 2026, Universitas Dian Nusantara remains committed to encouraging its lecturers to actively produce innovative, high-quality, and impactful research that contributes to academic excellence at both the national and international levels.
