Preparation for The Next Generation to Compete in the Industrial World by 2030, Hello Campus Day Bids Farewell and We Hope to See You Again!
Jakarta, August 28, 2025 - Continuing from the theme of carving a better future, Hello Campus today is increasingly committed to completing the future preparation of new students with relevant competencies and networking skills. To guide students toward brighter horizons, UNDIRA has several bureaus that work diligently to provide the best services.
Head of UEC Bureau, Mrs. Maya Sekartaji, S.S., M.Hum., expressed UNDIRA English Center's (UEC) commitment to preparing students for the international arena. As we all know, English is the universal language used in business, academic, and even daily life sectors.
Considering one of UNDIRA's visions is to prepare students ready to compete globally to meet industry needs by 2030, English language competency is highly needed. UNDIRA has the UNDIRA English Centre (UEC), which is responsible for managing English language competency training for all students.
Through quality tests that meet current standardization, students can take English language competency tests that will be beneficial not only in the form of competency certification but also as one of the graduation requirements.
Following the UEC Bureau presentation, the Student Affairs Bureau provided several directions regarding organizational values and the essence of student life. Head of Student Affairs Bureau, Mr. Anton Kurniawan, S.P., M.M., emphasized the importance of character building for students through structured and sustainable organizational activities.
The Student Affairs Bureau is committed to managing ongoing student activities and organizations. Additionally, there are seminar socializations related to scholarship and internship opportunities such as the thematic Community Service Program (KKN) that was implemented yesterday.
"We carefully identify each student's potential and provide appropriate platforms to develop it through several programs such as P2MW and PPK Ormawa," explained Anton Kurniawan.
The Student Affairs Bureau carries another mission in providing space for students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills through one of the programs that was also implemented some time ago, namely Thematic KKN. Students are trained to be directly involved in providing solutions to community problems through innovative and creative sustainable solutions, in accordance with the mandate given by DIKTISAINTEK Berdampak.
With the completion of presentations from each bureau and related institutions over these 3 days, it is now time for the Student Executive Board (BEM), Student Representative Council (BPM), and representative delegates from each Student Association (HIMA) of the 8 Study Programs at UNDIRA to showcase their expertise to the new students.
The organizational leaders took advantage of this golden opportunity to inspire the new generation of UNDIRA's academic community, while inviting them to actively participate in various activities that will enrich campus experience and build future leadership character.
As Hello Campus reaches its final phase, the event concluded with performances by 9 Student Activity Units (UKM) at UNDIRA. These performances successfully captured the full attention of all participants and encouraged them to get involved in existing activity units - not just to fill time but also to hone soft skills while expanding social networks.
Overall, Hello Campus, which has been held for 3 days, represents an irreplaceable moment for new students. With the conclusion of the event, UNDIRA welcomes new faces to our beloved campus environment. Welcome, students!, and we hope to meet again under the same sky at Hello Campus 2026/2027.
