Jakarta, March 11, 2025 - Marhaban ya Ramadhan! The holy month of Ramadhan has now entered its 11th day for Muslims worldwide. Ramadhan is not only a time to refrain from hunger and thirst from dawn to dusk but also a moment that fosters togetherness for all humanity. Through this sense of togetherness, relationships are strengthened by various activities carried out during Ramadhan.

In this meaningful Ramadhan, Universitas Dian Nusantara (UNDIRA) is holding its annual event, “UNDIRA Sharing Blessings 1446 H.” This event reflects UNDIRA's social concern for the surrounding community. The program is planned to take place at two locations: the Cibubur Campus and the Tanjung Duren Campus on March 11 and 18, 2025.

The spirit of togetherness was also evident throughout the “UNDIRA Sharing Blessings” event, attended by 40 participants comprising orphans and their guardians. The event was graced by the presence of Prof. Dr. H. Suharyadi, Rector of Universitas Dian Nusantara; Mr. Sagoro Dharmawan, Chairman of the Dian Asra Foundation; Mr. Ir. Yenon Orsa, M.T., Founder of UNDIRA; and Mrs. Dewi Dwi Hayati.

Furthermore, as part of fostering relationships, UNDIRA invited community leaders, including representatives from the Three Pillars of the Jatisampurna Subdistrict, Bekasi: the Subdistrict Head, Police Chief, and Deputy Commander of the Military Rayon Command 02 Pondok Gede, along with the leaders of RW 007 Jatiraden, RT 003 Jatiraden, and RT 007 Jatiranggon.

The attendance of all guests was considered a blessing by the Rector of Universitas Dian Nusantara, Prof. Dr. H. Suharyadi. In his remarks, he extended his congratulations and good wishes for health to all who attended the fifth UNDIRA Sharing Blessings event during the holy month of Ramadhan 1446 H.

“This year marks the fifth time we have held the UNDIRA Sharing Blessings event since 2021. Through this harmonious moment, we, as an academic institution, hope to build relationships with the surrounding community, fostering unity and togetherness,” said Prof. Dr. H. Suharyadi.

He emphasized that education arises from the existence of communities in a region. Equal education forms the foundation for sustainable life. With accessible educational facilities, it is hoped that both parties' lives will benefit.

Building on the rector's statement, Captain Inf Daryono of the Military Rayon Command 02 Pondok Gede also highlighted the importance of security in supporting the continuity of quality education.

“Security is not solely the responsibility of local authorities or the Military Rayon Command. With community assistance, all activities can run harmoniously for everyone. Through integrated security, education can, God willing, produce more outstanding generations for the nation and country,” he remarked.

The event, filled with blessings and devotion to Allah SWT, began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an (Surah Ali Imran, verses 133-134) by two UNDIRA students, followed by a prayer led by UNDIRA Vice Rector III, Dr. Ir. Hasanudin Thoyieb, MM. The main agenda concluded with financial aid distribution to the participants and their guardians, overseen by the Rector of UNDIRA, Mr. Sagoro Dharmawan, and Mrs. Fadlun Umar, a partner of the Dian Amri Foundation.

The month of Ramadhan heightens social awareness and humanitarian values by encouraging acts of kindness and mutual care for others. Through humanitarian initiatives that reflect generosity towards those in need, this spirit fosters morality, unity, and appreciation for the achievements of humanity as a whole.
